This fall will open its doors the deepest pool in the world and will be in Poland
The deepest pool in the world will open in Poland this fall. It will be filled with 8,000 cubic meters of water, the equivalent of 27 Olympic pools.
At 45 meters deep, the Deepspot diving pool will be the ideal place for beginner and professional divers to practice their skills.
Based in Msxczonów, a city 40 km southwest of the capital of Poland, Warsaw, the pool is still under construction.
When it is finished, then, Deepspot will acquire the title of the deepest pool. beating the current champion: Y-40 Deep Joy, in Montegrotto Terme, Italy, which has a depth of 42 m.
However, Deepspot will only have the title of the deepest pool for approximately six months after opening. Blue Abyss, a 50 m deep pool will open in the UK in 2020. It is currently being built in Colchester.
